It's in the style of a WWII U.S. Army officer's "Crush Cap", but looks to be a repro (leather looks pristine!). The badge is right, but the leather band seems wide, and the fabric behind it is typically more ridged (or at least quite distinct from the herringbone fabric that makes up the top of the cap). Nice cap, though.
