That's George Ruse, Jr. (rooster), my dad, in the #11 Ford. Actually that photo was taken in 1941 and he raced 3 races that year on the beach. I have the original print. Photo was taken by R. H. LeSesne, Daytona's official beach speed events photographer.
Hi Guy...that's an awesome photo!...I found it w/ a Google search on the net...THANKS for adding the Driver and Photographer information...these old stock cars had so much personality back then (just like the drivers), no two were alike...
